Today is Carters’ Birthday, 8 years ago on November 4th Carter was born. Today is his 1st birthday that we celebrate while missing him SO MUCH!

From Emmy: “8 years ago I welcomed my special baby boy…. today I celebrate without him and miss him terribly. Happy Birthday Carter.”

From Alisha: “8 Years ago today one of the greatest blessings of my life was born, while i wouldn’t meet him until 3 1/2 years later, he stole my heart which will forever be broken until I am with him again in eternity. Happy Birthday to my special boy, I love you more then words and am devastated living each day without.”

We love you so much Carter, and miss you even more then ever on such a special day like today.

Soccer Jamboree 2010

The Family would really like to thank everyone that was involved in this years Jamboree and how it was dedicated to Carter. El Dorado Hills is a incredible community, and the support the community has show in awesome. I am speechless, we all miss Carter and this would have been his 3rd year playing soccer. We enjoyed watching all his friends play and score goals and tell us how that goal was dedicated to Carter.

Carter Ryan Mecier

November 4th 2002 to June 23rd 2010

Carter, born in Placerville, CA at Marshall Hospital, was raised in El Dorado Hills, CA. Attending Silva Valley Elementary School, he had just finished 1st grade, beginning his summer before 2nd.

His father, Brandon Mecier, lives with his wife, Alisha, in Latrobe, and his mother, Emmy Mecier, lives with her fiancé, Martin Rowinski, in El Dorado Hills. Along with his loving parents and stepparents, his brother Mason Mecier, 14, step brother Daren Rowinski, 15, and step sister Sammy Rowinski, 13, adored their youngest family member, 7 year old Carter Mecier.
