I’ve been thinking about you alot lately. I miss you SO much! I miss the times when you, me and (my brother) Mason would play football together. You and Me against Mason! I thought that was really cool how me, my 2 sisters and my brother got to stay at your house for about a week. Yeah it WAS pretty fun watching them get mad. :) It was really fun playing that tickle monster game with Alisha too. I love that game! I just hope YOU have the BEST HALLOWEEN EVER CARTER. I saw a bundle of balloons at your memorial site here at white rock village. I am happy it’s there. It’s a reminder of how much a part you were along with your father giving time to White Rock.
So sad to see a young one like you go. It hurt my heart to know the pain your family was going though. I am thankful that they have Jesus and we all know and have more than enough faith- you are an angel and God’s little helper up there.
I pray that people continue to slow down here at white rock village. I live here so I sometimes see carelessness and one going over the 5 MPH (even though much updates have been done to make this speed limit noticed). I am learning not to get angry (it’s taken sometime) but instead, pray for them. Pray that one day they will think of little carter and all the other little’ kids that play out in the streets.. .to know it takes one second for there to be another tragedy. On the other hand, a lot has changed for the better here. I feel parents are becoming more involved with their children here. Making sure they are safe and being more attentive.
I wish you a happy birthday and pray for your parents that they get through this day with a smile.
